**Who Am I?**
Born in Cuba, raised in Miami, FL, and now based in Monterrey, NL, Mexico, I bring a wealth of experience and a multicultural perspective to my coaching practice. My journey has been anything but conventional, blending the cultural richness of my Cuban roots with the dynamic "Spanglish" of Miami's streets.
With over 35 years in business development and a background in IT consulting, I've honed my skills in simplifying complex concepts into digestible, actionable insights for my clients.
As a graduate of the iPEC School for Coaches, I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP).
My coaching style is intuitive and adaptive, aimed at transitioning clients from the "realm of overwhelmed" to the "world of possibilities." I am dedicated to guiding executives to uncover and maximize their energy and leadership effectiveness.
